3. Voter Graduation/Qualification Certificates & Cards

4. Leadership Tests to evaluate their Character, Comprehension, Capabilities & Strengths!

5. Leadership Graduation/Qualification Certificates & Cards

There is HOPE for a more abundant H.O.P.E. Life = Heaven On Planet Earth  (John 10:10)  and a Better Future for All Africans (Black, White, Brown):
– IF WE repent 
– IF WE pray the Our Father’s Prayer with expectation 
– IF WE implement Biblical:
  A. Voter Education,
  B. Voter Qualification & Graduation,
  C. Voter Understanding of God’s H.O.P.E. 5 Point Plan of Action
  D. Ongoing Evaluation & Monitoring of the Performance of the LEADERS in our communities, districts, provinces & nations, e.g. our:
     a. Coaches & Consultants         = Parents, Educators in our homes schools, colleges, universities
     b. Referees & Linesmen             = Media, Judiciary, Police, Army, Security Companies, Politicians
     c.Financial Score Protectors     = Just Banking, Just Money, Just Business and Just Renumeration for sweat, skills & input costs
     d.Food producers                      = Farming and Fishing God’s Way
     e.Wealth & Job Creators            = Farmers, Fishermen, Miners, Manufacturers, Hospitality & Tourism pulling the Wealth Wagon
